Returns Policy

We hope you love your Pearl & Palm purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — while also maintaining strict hygiene standards for swimwear.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker fully intact and in place
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Please be aware that we do not currently offer free returns.

How to Start a Return

Please use the Returns Form and label enclosed with your order, and send to: Pearl & Palm, PO Box 11456, Nottingham, NG8 9SN within 14 days of receiving your order.

Swimwear Hygiene

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear
  • The hygiene sticker must remain intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, tanning products, makeup, or scent will be refused

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. If an item is deemed unsellable, the refund will be rejected.

 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@pearlandpalm.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible.

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: within 14 business days
  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@pearlandpalm.co.uk.
